Oil seals are functional parts. Composed of synthetic rubber, metal rings and springs, they prevent the leakage of lubricants from gaps within machines and bearings. They also prevent the entry of dust from the outside.

V Type Oil seal is mainly used to seal in grease or seal out dust. It can be used in combination with the S-Type oil seal, common for low pressure application.
